Personal therapy when life feels heavy

Whatever you’re ready to bring to therapy, I offer inclusive, online personal therapy for adults across the UK, providing confidential one-to-one support when life feels overwhelming, confusing or heavy.

The way I work is focused on YOU, at your pace and with care. You might be dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, difficult relationships, loss, or a general sense that something is not quite right.

Whatever brings you to therapy, you do not need to have it all figured out before you start.

Taking the first step towards seeking support can feel difficult, and finding the right therapist for you really matters. Therapy works best when it feels safe, supportive and personal.

At revu, my work is guided by four core values: reflection, exploration, validation and understanding. These values shape every session, helping you to gently look inward, make sense of your experiences, feel supported, and explore the changes you would like to make.

You may be coming to therapy after one significant life event, or after a build up of moments and feelings that have left you feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure where to turn. Some people arrive with a clear sense of what they are struggling with and need space to process, while others feel confused or lost and want help making sense of what is going on.

Whatever brings you here, my aim is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood and accepted. Together, we can explore your experiences with care and curiosity, and work towards a way forward that feels manageable, supportive and right for you.

What to expect

  • “I have always felt like I am in a completely safe, calm space where I can share how I think and feel without judgment or reproach. Jasmine has helped me process my emotions in my own time, supporting me through some really difficult moments in my life, both present and past. Using evidence-based methods has also been incredibly helpful for me, as I was struggling with my own self-worth, which, over time, has helped me feel better about myself.”

  • “I have been working with Jasmine for over a year, after battling with anxiety for many years. I felt as though my brain was in a bit of a scramble, especially as I am neurodivergent and had only come to terms with this in the last few years.

In the past few weeks, I've had a complete breakthrough; I feel more in touch with my emotions than I have ever felt in my life. I have also felt less anxious in my daily life, and when I do suffer with anxiety, I have better coping tools to calm those racing thoughts effectively.”

  • “I look forward to continuing to work together, and to keep on building on this wonderful foundation that has been built in these regular sessions. Jasmine’s work has been truly life-changing for me. I don’t think I could say thank you enough times for it to cover how much she has done for me, truly.”

  • “Jasmine was there for me through one of the hardest and most traumatic times of my life which was losing my dad to suicide. The grief was unbearably overwhelming, like I was carrying something far too heavy on my shoulders. She helped lighten that load. She made me feel like my emotions were valid and that I didn’t need to feel guilty or wrong for them. She gave me space to grieve in my own way, while gently guiding me so I didn’t feel swallowed up by the pain.”

  • “One of the most valuable things she taught me was how to quiet the constant noise in my head. That alone changed so much; it gave me back a sense of peace and the ability to breathe again. Which in turn helped me with the day-to-day challenges that felt impossible back then. She gave me tools to cope both in the moment and in the long term, and that made everything feel less overwhelming and more manageable.”

  • “Jasmine is warm, kind, and clear in her approach, and that gave me the confidence I needed to start trusting myself again. Working with her hasn’t just helped me through grief and trauma, it’s changed the way I deal with challenges going forward. I’ll always be grateful for the difference she’s made in my journey.”
