Confidential mental health support for modern workplaces.

Delivered by a qualified psychotherapist with senior management experience in high-pressure UK organisations

Research shows that 73% of UK workers have left or considered leaving their roles due to poor workplace wellbeing and mental health support. This is no longer just a people issue, it’s a business one. When employees feel supported, they are more resilient, engaged and able to contribute fully, reducing pressure on teams and leaders alike.

Having spent nearly a decade in busy UK agency environments, including senior management roles, I understand how difficult it can be to balance performance with supporting your people.

As a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with management experience, I offer workplace therapy and mental health support that helps employees manage stress, anxiety and burnout. This support allows your teams to work more sustainably, while also reducing the emotional pressure placed on managers to support their teams alone
.

The impact of poor mental health in the workplace

Workplace stress, burnout and emotional strain can have a significant impact on productivity, engagement and staff retention. When mental health challenges at work go unsupported, the effects are felt by both individuals and organisations.

  • 96% said their job had negatively affected their mental health

  • 82% had experienced burnout at least once

  • More than half said it had happened multiple times

  • 83% said they do not feel comfortable talking about mental health in their workplace

When these issues go unaddressed, they often lead to low motivation, increased absence, strained working relationships and reduced performance. Over time, poor mental health at work can also have long-term effects on a person’s overall health and wellbeing, increasing the risk of more serious difficulties.
